Last time I was out in Cali I looked at buying one that had a riviera camping conversion; He wanted too much for it and those spider webs on the back had scary residents. Then 2 days later we got to San Francisco and spotted this leaving the carpark at a Macdonalds; P1050330 by route9autos.co.uk, on Flickr Yes, the guy driving did stare straight at me and looked like a serial killer. My brother drives this bay (Charlie Brown) all the time because he works for VW kampers, I also have used it personally, Ian the owner lets the staff use it, (generous chap) my brothers mate took it to RR. The roof they had airbrushed and is not genuine, but the rest of the van is un-restored and a genuine champagne model
