My mom had a blue one in the 80's. Guess what. It rusted - a lot! Call me mad but being a green one i think it will be ok, specially owned by an old chap, even for parts its worth considering, yep have a good look under neath at that subframe etc and have a good test drive!

Err unfortunately the afore mentioned rust was indeed rampant. Looked like a peach,but the underside was shot to bits

To be honest, as much as I like Metros, a 205 is better I'd've thought?
