For Sale is my wee little 106 1.1XN. Bought this a month ago as a stopgap car, loved it that much that I have bought a 51plate 106 1.1 to hold on to so this is surplus to requirements.
Taxed and MOT'ed, flew through the last one with no advisories and would happily say that there is no reason it shouldnt pass another one.
It has been subject to a £50 DIY respray at some point in its life after being vandalised, its orange peely and satin but perfectly presentable.
Screen has a crack in the corner behind the tax disc, been there for 2 years so the last owner said, never caused a problem come MOT time.
Last owner was a lady for 7 years, maintained by her father and never wanted for anything.
Starts, stops, drives well, changes direction well and all gears engage fine.
5 speed box, 60bhp, keep fit windows, no powersteering (its light anyway) no central locking. Very basic spec but less to go wrong!
Currently getting 450miles to a tank of £45quid, it sips fuel rather than gargles it like my Discovery!
Could benefit from a coolant temp sensor, runs slightly roiugh when cold but you probably wouldnt notice it unless I mentioned it.
New clutch and cable fitted beginning of this year.
Interiors good, been fitted with seatcovers but the original seats look to be in good nick.
Fitted tilt sunroof.
Priced to sell at £395, too good to put over the bridge- has plenty of life left in it yet.
