Spotted these in a house localy. Last week while waiting for the AA to come and sort out our broken down hire car (06 Corsa) ECU had packed up. Talk about annoying!! There were some other cars out of shot, but curtain twitching had begun to occur.  What can you spot?    Clean Honda?  Saw this low Merc in Acton  This was in my road in the summer, cool 80's style   |

That Civic does look a clean little thing. I'm fond of the 'S' version of them.

Its better than mu effort  Had a good go though  BMW Mini - Mine Mazda MX5 - My Dads Ford Fiesta - My Brothers Rover Mini - Mine Ford Focus - My Moms Ford Escort (on drive) - Mine Ford Escort (on road) - My Brothers Mate Vauxhall Astra Estate - My Brothers Work Car I was going to bring the Bantam round as well from the lockup round the corner, but my mom went mental The curtains were already twitching as well, thats when my mom was going mad over |

mini dan - there appears to be a bmw mini on your drive, whats going on there?? In one of my weaker moments I needed a modern car. So I brought the Bini. Got fed up with taking it back to have bits fixed and I needed the money for a deposit for my house, so I sold it. Thats why it is right next to the house and why I had the Escort. Its quite funny. The mini club I was with hated me because I had a Bini. Soon as I said I was selling it, everyone wanted to buy it off me. The woman that wanted it the most was ironicly wearing a t-shirt with the slogan 'Own a BMW Mini, I would rather scratch my hemoroids with sand paper' when she asked me how much I wanted for it. LMAO! ;D |

The MINI does give Mini lovers something to moan about. I love the new MINI but you can't even begin to compare it with the old one so why bother? I think that is the problem. People buy a BIGI and then expect to turn up at classic Mini events even though their car is about twice the size of anything else there!
Sounds like the clubs are just a little hypocritical though!

It does, the whole MINI hate/love has been covered on threads before. Cant deny they are a cool looking new car even if that means a copy of an old design from a different maker, anyway we're way O/T! :x don't know about crowded house but crowded garage rings a bell!  |

So the new 'MINI' no good then, so bad you got an Escort ;D LOL... It wasn't that bad. I got the Escort because it was £100 with about 8 months tax & mot. Sold it to my partners dad after about a year for £450 ;D Then he found out how much I payed. He wasn't happy. don't get me wrong, the MINI was a great car, but it was costing loads to own and I wanted a house more. |
