On the 1st 2nd and 3rd of October I am co-driving in a charity event where dozens of Triumph owners drive around the country non-stop. Me and a friend will be doing it in a 1.3 Spitfire. Event details here: club.triumph.org.uk/rbrrIf you can spare a few pennies I'd really appreciate a donation, you can pay online here: www.bmycharity.com/V2/jamescCheers Chris

Good Luck to you, my friend! 2000 in 48 could be quite tight!
A couple of mates did a similar thing last summer: They had to visit every county in England (and get a piccy of each county sign as evidence) in 72 hours. They drove in 8 hour shifts and got back in just over 36 hours. All this in a very knackered Orion 1600. Respect!

Just noticed this topic has been pinned, my thanks to the moderator that did so.
The Spitfire is tuned and ready to burn tomorrow night, infact I it's in better running order than I am!
