	Only weirdos seem to restore the 5 doors, plenty of Cossies still about. Bumpers back from painter at last.... Also picked up rear beam from MK Motorsport. Modified to 6 degrees, fully adjustable for wheelbase, toe in and camber, along with fitting a Jag Power Lok diff Last weekend was far too expensive as I had to pay the painter as well as MK !

Thanks for the kind words I've been gradually sorting out all the paintwork niggles, takes a long time and there's not much to show for all the effort On the plus side, some bits are getting fitted. I deliberated over the badging and went for stealth in the end Also been spending a fair while drawing up the diff cover Just need to figure out how to make it now !

	I can't think of anything in the UK built to this level of finish. Something i'd love to try and achieve but probably never will.

	Found some small dents and silicone spots on passenger rear door and had it sorted by another painter At last it's straight looking down the side of it Fixed some silicones on the rear quarter myself Now bodywork is just about done it's time for rust proofing Dug out some stashed body mouldings I bought a few years back Followed up with some dynamat Crappy windy day outside, so off to work at weekend Bolted to an old injection mould tool back plate to hold it Now I need to learn some tool path software ! Had 3 door front hubs shot blasted Still not clean enough so side grinder/dremel/wire wheels Garden rake spray jig Some epoxy mastic chassis paint Didn't like the finish so sanded it down and started again After some stain black Gadget to help torque up the wheel bearings New dust caps Knocked out old studs again as I want to try and surface grind the disc mounting face true to the wheel bearings, I've done it before on XR4x4 hubs and it's a bit tricky / dangerous ...

	Thanks for the words of encouragement, I managed to surface grind the hub faces and still have all my fingers It's a bit risky spinning the flange by hand whilst grinding as it could easily spin out of control...

	Diff cover update I've been really struggling with getting the CNC milling machine to talk to a PC Started off OK Roughing out top Disaster strikes Probably a post processor problem, but after this I don't trust the Mazak machining centre and will have to use the old Bridgeport Interact instead - much slower and not as accurate. Plan B, no fins and a bit of weld to hide the damage along with a Ford Racing script to make it look more interesting. Into work for yet another Saturday and it's nearly finished, I dare not think about how many hours have gone into this

	Thanks chaps, the people I work with think I'm mental wasting all this time and money on an old Sierra ! Some more stuff I've been up to, refurbishing a new old stock wiper mechanism Cleaned up the old rubbers and found some new bobbins Got a recon rack, but the paint was $hit so stripped it all off, epoxied it and then some satin black Cleaned and painted steering coupling All done
