Yesterday i was out with no problems at all.
Turned the car off, then went to start her up again and there was nothing. Found out the plastic that held the spring and the coil pin in the dizzy cap had melted.
Got her picked up and back to the yard. New cap and rotor arm and she still won't start.
Ther is a spark, fuel pump relay works, fuses are all ok and there is fuel to the injectors.
It's a 1992 Jaguar XJ40 sovereign 4 litre.
Need help so i can get some use in the nice, but probably short lived sun shine.
Thanks in advance
