	Yo, Was just wondering what peoples recommendations for lowering a mk3 fiesta were as i want ours dropped. Cheapness is prioroty! Not chopped springs mind! Will the shocks and springs from say an xr2i or rs turbo fit a povvo spec 1.0? How low a spring on standard shocks is reasonable? Looking to go as low as possible really.... Any info would be great. Thanks.

	XR2i/RS shocks and springs will fit on and drop your prob about 20mm. If you then went for XR2i lowering springs, 30-40mm is normally the max recomended on stock shock's. That said, on my old mk2 fiesta, I fitted some -40mm (I think) spax XR2 springs onto standard 1.1 dampers, and then took 2 coils off of them as it wasn't low enough and that drove nice and the dampers were still in good shape 12 months on

	Personally I wouldn't bother with XR2i or RS Turbo suspension, as standard they might be slightly lower than povo spec springs but it's hardly worth it. Providing you secure the springs once cut and you exercise an once of grey matter with a grinder, they are a genuinely good option for cheap lows.
