Whilst changing the downpipe at the weekend I was lying underneath the car and was having a glance about, as you do.
Next to the fuel filter is a black box. It looks as though there is a tiny fuel leak coming from it. Now, this is the first Mk2 Golf I've ever owned and I'm guessing the fuel pump is inside the black box?
Any common points where it leaks? Pump, fuel line or filter? I didn't have a closer look as me and my mate were in the process of changing the evil downpipe.
I've had a quick look on GSF at the fuel pumps and I REALLY hope it's not the pump leaking!
