ADD UPDATED - SEE POST DATED 1st of FEB. My wife can't drive manual and now that she's working again I need to offload this. I bought this as a banger to get me around last November while I sorted out some issues with my Merc. Then I crashed the Merc and this was pressed into service again. Except for leaving me stranded once with a busted fuel pump it has proven very reliable and trouble-free. Good points: Comes with Service History MOT - April 2013 Tax - end of September 2012 Fairly low mileage - 118,000 miles Reasonably good on fuel (40mpg on motorway) Solid Front suspension appears to have had some replacement bits electric front windows and electric sunroof work. Factory alloys, tyres have plenty of tread. Bad points Radio doesn't work *NOW FIXED* Front armrest and driver's door card are tatty There's a knock coming from the front suspension - however my MOT chap thinks it's from worn spring pads as he could find nothing wrong with the suspension. The body has a few dings on it (not from me) Someone has nicked the bonnet badge Interior needs a scrub Since I've had it, I've replaced an ABS sensor, the fuel pump and the drivers seat. I live in Somerset but journey up to Surrey frequently and so can deliver the car there. Car is currently parked up near Ilminster and SORNED.         |

The car never sold and I've now got a replacement. Unfortunately it's now got a few things going wrong with it and I'm blowing it out for £150.
The faults now include the following.
1. Noise coming from the rear of the car - either a wheel bearing, or the diff.
2. The Windscreen has cracked - not huge but enough to fail an MOT I suspect
3. Starter on it's last legs. I have a replacement and will fit it if the car sells.
4. The rubber inlet hose (between the Airflow sensor and throttlebody) is rotted and has a split - idle a bit rough.
It's had one new replacement tyre in the last few months.
It has an MOT until mid-April. Car is SORNED. I've misplaced the V5 but have applied for a new one.
If it's not gone by Friday 8th Feb I'll break it or scrap it.

I've still got a shop on the farm (but not the one you remember - the bigger one next to it). Also got the lockup but hoping to be shot of that in the next week or so and the larger one on the farm sometime in the near future.
I've actually cleared out a few cars - sold off the Stiletto, the MG 1300 and the Avenger. If you're looking for somewhere to store some of your cars, there's room in the big shop now.
We've been in Somerset for over a year now, though we've still got the flat in Chertsey and the business.
