One yellow quite thick wire, I'm thinking ass warmer Unlikely, in an Alfa Romeo seat. I can't think of any that have had 'em in recent years. Possibly in a 164 V6 Super Lusso, but even then, I'm sure they only had power adjustment and no heating.

Won't the wire just be for the 'fasten seatbelt' illumination?

From a 2002 car, *highly* likely to be airbags.
Although they're from a poverty spec model, so it may not have had 'em.
If there's no airbags in there (check *very* carefully), it's for the seatbelt warning light.

stand well back and run a current thru it, risk everything in one fell swoop.
chesterfield to hudds, about 52.2 miles according to multi map so probably closer to the 100 mark in reality

I may be interested, yea! Can't collect em or come to some exchange until I get back (15th), but if they're in good nick I could be interested I'll probably drop in anyway, would be cool too especially as I haven't had a chance! Roll on the holiday!

As has been said more than likely to be for airbag activation/deactivation. The focus has this and a few other moderns i've mucked about with.
