The new Alfa seats I have for Dolly are a perfect fit.....! But, the runners don't quite match up. Should I:
A. Drill through the floor plan and bolt seats in place?
Or
B. ?

A should be fine as long as were you are bolting is solid and you don't drill through any fuel or brake lines.

couldnt u adapt the orginal runners?? rather do that than drill thru the floor IMO

Box section, high-tensile bolts and nylock nuts.
It worked for the Retro Cars Porsche 924.

Are the wires for airbags or seat-belt pre-tensioning reasons?
Worth being doubly sure what they are before proceeding.....
The only other suggestion I have is that it's a sensor for the seatbelt warning light.

Yes, bolt them in. But make it so that short-arses (me) can still reach the pedals.
Driving your rangey with the stuck seat was A CHORE.
