What you thought was a TVR is a Reliant SS1 - either 1.6 CVH lump or Nissan 1800 Turbo, ISTR.
There's something very wrong with that 'XR3' - it appears to be sitting on MkII Fester 1.4S wheels. Or the trims from one at the least. Surely it should be on Cloverleaf alloys?

What you thought was a TVR is a Reliant SS1 - either 1.6 CVH lump or Nissan 1800 Turbo, ISTR. or 1.3 or 1.4 cvh, and some of the later sabres had 1.4K series in them. it appears to have the rather rare and 80s tastic extra bit on the bottom of the back bumper. top spots.

You could definitely get a Nissan Turbo engined SS1/2/Sabre. Can't remember which variant got it, though.

SS1 = 1.3, 1.4, 1.6 cvh, 1.8 nissan turd blower. ss2 = rare as donkey doo doo and i beleive it had a 1.8 nissan lump - only a hand full where made (probably all prototypes) SST = 1.8nissan, probably the 1.6cvh and 1.4 k series too, not sure Sabre = 1.4 k series, 1.4 and 1.6 cvh, 1.8 nissan.

Price on that FE is EXACTLY what I'm looking to buy something for, AFTER Xmas. though. Grrrrrrrr.... An FE is on my list, and tax exempt a bonus. Still, worth keeping the number handy eh?
