When I was young(er) my Herald (13/60) was faster than everything else on the road with it's near 60bhp performance. Beat XR3s all the time, it did.
Just yesterday a young lad in a Powerflow exhausted Clio thrashed me away from the lights whilst making a lot of noise...I didn't stand a chance in my T-5. Unless I'd actually tried that is...which I didn't. ;D

That'll be about right then Some of the lads on there are OK, just the odd... well you know . Same as anywhere really..... cept this place  There WAS a really quick MKI XR2 that used to do the "street race" meets over at Ely, but having not been to them for many moons, I don't know if it's still in the area. Some of the "kroozers" have some impressive motors, others are just talkers. |
