Could someone with a set of mx5 seats tell me the height of the seat base ie the distance from the runner to the top of the cushion. Also do the runners come off the seat base? Pictures of an up turned seat would be mega if possible. Thanks. Random unrelated pic just for interest  |

one thing to note.... the bolts for the passenger side seat are in a different place to the drivers seat! i found this out the hard way when a mate and I made some subframes to fit them into my polo gt
