Oh was driving into work this morning in the Mini, minding my own business till, BANGa stone flicks up from car in front and hits the windscreen which was a toughened jobbie.... instant crazy paving so down with the window and head out in a ace venture pet detective style, all in one smooth movement without stopping ;D, just got a new one fitted while at work and my wallet is a bit lighter, and got to try and get some of the money back on the windscreen insurance , just before I have someone looking to come and buy it aswell, also this morning a smashed a glass before leavign for work so best keep me away from glass today. WEST

I had to do the same thing. Smashed my windscreen on the Mini Devon Run last year and had to drive the same. Had it repaired when I got home and chipped that one about a week later. Got the chip looked at through the insurance, they fixed it as best they could, but I need a new one for MOT. Bah. trg, I payed £60 for my new windscreen from Mini Spares, Mini Sport or Huddersfield Mini Spares, one of them

~Good skills there, but bad luck. don't know about you guys but my insurances don't seem to include windscreens which is a bit tesco value! I often drive like this when my screen is iced up! Just makes drivin that little bit more fun!! Guy I used to do this when i was a bit younger and crazier! car did not last long, comical mind!

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

my mate used to have a landy and we'd be bombing along in it and then he'd start swerving for no reason at all, id turn to look at him and he'd be hanging out the window gigging like mad looking at the wheels turning.
I'm glad he sold that landy
