wanted, space to tinker/store Birmingham :)

as in the title really, i am after space to keep a car and tinker with it, don't mind sharing rent and bills but just can't afford my own space. even if someone has room for the car in their place and i can contribute towards stuff

I'm in walsall by birmingham so anywhere not too far really

or if someone knows of a space but too much for them on their own!
