say if i change just one or two brake pipes , should i pump the pedal afterwards then pressure bleed
or straight on with the pressure bleeder ?
or doesnt it make any odds

Just steam in with the pressure bleeder if you have one. I like to do a couple of steady pumps while I've got the pressure bleeder on the go, but I don't think it makes a lot of difference.

You can pump if you wish before you put the pressure bleeder on otherwise I would go straight into the pressure bleeding process from the off . What kit are you using? If a Gunson Eezibleed kit I would ensure the tyre stays below 20PSi when doing the job, you keep it topped up more than you think (I may have made that mistake a couple of times I admit!) in addition to sealing the cap to reservoir join with a layer or two of PTFE tape (for me that has caused me to have no leaks when using it) .
