just had a look at my offside rear brake cyclinder, having come back from failing an MOT (little or no brake efficiency) to find that it's doing sweet fa!
it's all dry round the area, and the other brakes are ok.
a wheel cylinder repair kit is on £3.50 from speedy spares, a new cylinder £36 odd.
how much is involved in wheel cylinder repair? just a few gaskets isn't it?
if anyone has a known good used cylinder that'll fit a 1963 superminx, I'll buy it.
anyway, aside from that , a tyre, a fuel line and a leak in the exhaust
