You could try these www.gtgroup.co.uk/Contact details are here for GT Project engineering. I have dealt with them quite a bit in the past. Not so much over the past two years as I havent had the need to. They have always been reasonably priced (still not that cheap though) with very quick response and turnaround. I have gears machined over night before. I used to deal with Bill Grey and Jeff Ellis, but Bill left and started his own fabrication company (but he doesnt do CNC work) and I havent spoke to Jeff for around a year now. If they cant do it there then another part of the group should be able to. Alternatively how about a bearing stockist. My main bearing supplier ,Bearing traders limited, have had pulleys custom made for me before. Neither will be the cheapest options you will get though. If you plan on getting in touch with either then let me know.

I don't think that bike gears would react too well to 8bhp going through them!
Got to agree with using the center taper and bolting a fabricated pulley round the outside, would be a much cheaper option

Got to agree with using the center taper and bolting a fabricated pulley round the outside, would be a much cheaper option J Thats what I have I bought an Alta Mini 19% overdrive pulley which is a 2 part taperlock pulley system I have reverse engineered this ;D to design a new outer section The supercharger is mounted so the belt sheave line is correct on both the engine and the charger The alta allows a direct swap and allows me to change pulley ratios by changing the outer pulley Nowhere I have found does 6 rib PK pulleys as Blanks Toothed belts yes, keyed v belts yes, but commonly used multirib v belts..... not a hope The rest of the FEAD is Standard Zetec S, I am not using an additional belt to drive the charger, it is all driven from the single crank pulley Its as OEM as I can get it ;D
