Just gauging interest in this Nissan homy/urvan camper van. Me and xjlee rescued it from a farm in Worcester a few days ago. It has been in use ever since it was imported. It will have tax and test and will be ready to drive. In its favour is the fact that it has so many gadgets and gizmos inside it could rival most modern cars and the mechanics and engine are as tight and as powerful as the day it was made. Anyone who knows about Japanese vans will know how bulletproof they are and to proove it, this van has just flown through the mot with 0 advisories. To say these vans are rare is an understatement. I'm pretty sure that there are only under 100 left in the country, if that. Bad points, the side door has had a clout, the rear indicator lens has been broken but has had another individual light put in its place and the main sunroof is cracked but doesnt leak. If you are interested in the van or want more info please pm me or leave a comment! cheers, adam.

No offence and all that but if there's only about 100 left that's probably because there wasn't many imported. Tbh as it stands perhaps £550-£600 on a good day (without MOT etc) and double that if done. The dent on the side and the cracked roof will be the killer as far as the value is concerned.

I see your point but Anything is fixable, rare parts included so watch this space. I guarantee with the work done it will fetch near to 2k all day long.

I don't know what it is worth but I must say that gets a 10 out of 10 for super cool, Love the van to bits. If my 126 was sold I would be in the queue to buy.

speak to a J importer, they pay for loaded containers, if they can off set that cost they source the parts for you? But i am guessing they wont be cheap... is the door not fixable?

Why are you posting in a section for asking "What's It Worth?" when you've already attributed a 'guaranteed' value to it. That's the same as inviting offers then refusing to sell it below your advertised price. Also, are you selling it 'as is' or fixing it up first, as your posts seem to infur both?

I wish I was as clued up as you. I feel all silly now for asking what its worth and then contradicting myself. Thanks for pointing out my schoolboy error and ill try not to let it happen again sir.

Not sure what it would be worth but I bought one near identical to that a couple of years ago for £1400 with Tax and test, it's the higher spec Limo trim, has the same sliding door and taillight issues with the same rust on the tailgate but doesn't have the cracked moonroof, If the sliding door and tailgate were good I'd have given you £500 regardless of the rest of it. Cracking vans though I just need to spend a bit of time on mine now as it's looking a bit worse for ware now As it was when I picked it up:

Yahoo auctions in Japan is the best bet for spares but the Yen is still strong so I'm yet to purchase what I need, aside from that just being lucky, I've only seen one more for sale in the uk and it had a corrosion hole in the roof! and was in scotland! but the guy wanted too much considering it was covered in dents. Besides if I find the bits I need I'll be snapping them up before you do now LOL
I did find an ultra cool long wheel base one in royal spec in Japan that I would have sold a kidney for, V6 petrol as well which would sound lovely

No offence like but if you're so adamant of it's value why did you ask in the first place? Unless it was just a cheeky advert to try and get big money bids in of course?

As you helped rescue this van perhaps you can tell me as (and I quote) 'To say these vans are rare is an understatement. I'm pretty sure that there are only under 100 left in the country, if that.'How many were bought over in the first place if there's only under 100 left?

Next up is the wheels to do......
