There are a couple of companies that will make spring to your specification, not sure what kind of costs or logistics are involved but it's worth a phone call or e-mail to these guys..... www.coilsprings.co.uk/

The FE Victor shares its underpinnings with the Opel Rekord, so that might open up a load of suppliers for you.

I have been told that Corsa/nova rear springs fit vivas, and some vivas were fitted with Victor axles, don't know about how they will transfer over tho, I have bought the HB Viva Estate Retrotoe was selling, I think I will be modifying the suspension arms too so they don't bottom out on the chassis, On the front it will possibly have small dia coilovers for a mini, and if plans go right I will make new adjustable top arms so I can add a modicum of camber on the front, I'm not sure yet, I may just make some top plates to mount the top ball Joints inboard 10mm from stock using stock sheet metal arms,

Try this fella : Tony , Springs2000 , 01709 375375 . He's done me ( and many others ..) lowered springs for Kadett/Chevette and Viva/Firenza etc . He still had part numbers for the Viva stuff when I rang him so well worth a try. Good luck

FE Victor shares rear end platform with the Reckord, not the whole car IIRC.
No Viva was ever fitted with an FE axle.
Also the FE/VX series 490s have heavy duty 5 lug axles
