Oh yes that's very smart, as everyone else has said matching the pinstripe to the wheels is a real nice touch!

That's tidy, has it been restored/painted or is it all original?

Is it actually lowered? Looks just like the kind of difference you get with a Mini wheel/tyre combo, same as I had on the Viva on standard suspension - it actually lowers the car by 30ish mm. I would guess from the Mini sized tyres that they might be the wrong PCD for a Chevette too. As someone else said it needs moar tyre and some lowering springs, but (and coming from someone that doesn't like brightly coloured wheels) that is a great colour combo, works perfectly.

Love the pinstripe and wheels, the tires will work but it'll need a hefty drop to get them sitting well in the arches

Thanks for the comments guys. I was amazed how the colour combo worked so well. It is actually lowered on 60mm spring & shocks currently but I don't think this actually worked 60mm!! I am currently in process of fitting MX5 rear spring platforms to get the rear correct but not sure what to do on front. don't want to cut springs Hopefully getting it looking perfect for RR 2012
