Got a mint set of Wellers from my last car and want to have them redrilled to fit my new project and as the whole Vw scene tax is stupidly high at the moment anything 4x100 is stupid money. So i wondering 1 how much would it cost roughly to have done? And 2 Any one know any one who could do it.

The biggest issue is that, IIRC, the wheel centre is pressed slightly to raise the metal and give a wider seat area for the nut. If you were to just drill the flat plate you won't have a very good seat for the nut. Although, you could build up the material first before drilling.
If it's just a thick flat centre tho, then ignore what I said and it'll be fine as long as they're acurately plotted out. I could do that on my vertical milling machine, but I'm not very close to you!

Yeah I pritty sure mine are pressed slightly. Will have a look and see but almost 100% they are.
Where about are you btw.

a lad on Capri Power just had a set re-drilled, so its definatly doable

wellers are flat in that area(unless its the very newest type which are double drilled anyway) so redrilling aint an issue.
going rate would be about 80 notes for a set id say, its quick to do once youve got the machine set, but its the time in setting up to do the first one youll pay for.

There not doubled drilled sadly but do have a slight raised lip on the holes best way to discribe it it like a washer stuck on.

Wouldn't be he end of the world to weld 4 washers on before drilling to make sure you've got a good seat.
