Apologies if it's been posted up before, but... I think they chose the wrong colour, wrong wheels, and got the track too wide. Apart from that though, it's pretty sensational. Evanta DB4 GT ZagatoThe comparison with an original over on Jalopnik confirmed my suspicions about how accurate it could really be.

Looks like a kit car. Wonder why they added the massive rear overhang.

Its the roof line. Much like all kits that convert a modern to a classic, the windscreen never gets altered and remains far too raked.

Looks like a kit car. Wonder why they added the massive rear overhang. Probably because some bumbag complained he couldn't fit his golf clubs in it.

Volvo back as my main squeeze, more boost and some interior goodies on the way.

I really like it, especially from the front view! Not digging the wire wheels though!

Comparisons to the original are always going to be difficult. The original is one of the all time greats after all. Taken in isolation, it is a wonderful car. Beauty and muscle. If you saw that drive past, I think jaws would drop. The only thing that really jars with me is the steering wheel, and to a lesser extent, the whole dashboard. There are reasons that they have used both though, so I am being critical.

I think it's great although the steering wheel looks a little out of place. Aston V12 and a carbon body? It must absolutely fly!

Fugly.... mind you I'm not much of a fan of the Gt or Zagato, bit of a hiding to nothing if you ask me... Having driven a DB4 and V12 DB7 i cant see it being anything particularly special.. Have a properly pretty Aston..

Having driven a DB4 and V12 DB7 I cant see it being anything particularly special... Considering the new body is CF, it should be quite a lot lighter than any DB7. I'm with you on the non-Zagato DB4 though, lovely car.

I bet it goes well. The advantage of that would be that you'd spend all your time on the inside where you couldn't see the wheelarches.
