Evening all, I'm looking for some new seats to better suit the 70s period style of my Beetle and was just wondering if anyone has any experience or could recommend anything suitable? These are the kind of things I've been looking at but they are a bit pricey!... OMP Brands Hatch Cobra Classic RS Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I had cobra classics (with headrests) in my Chevette and they were fine. although they are quite a small (narrow) seat so might look a little lost in a bigger car, but should be fine in a Beetle. I used to work at Cobra during the summer when I was at uni, they occasionally have a factory sale where they sell off seconds and what have you, I got mine about for about £120 for the pair IIRC cos they had a small mark in each one. They do a subframe for the beetle as well which makes things a bit easier to fit and a lot nicer to use www.cobraseats.com/pdfs/VehicleSpecificAdaptor.pdf
