This may be a really stupid question, is there anything I can do about bumper rash on the corners of black plastic bumpers?
I've been thinking about smoothing it out with fine wet and dry, and then re blacking the bumpers, I may loose some of the texture on the bumpers, but it may look better than the rash,
Has anyone with a bit more paint and body / detailing experience than me got a better method?
Also any preferred products for getting the bumpers "back to black" ?

), as it doesnt fray it up as much, then go over it with a heat gun to 're-gloss' it. its worked a treat on the few ive done. itll come out a bit shinier and you will obviously loose a bit of the texture, but cos youve not put any product on it it soon dulls back down to match the surrounding plastic evenly.
