Just bought a 1995 Ford Fiesta Frascati, and its raining. Does anyone know where the switch/button/stalk is for the rear wiper? It is not on the main wiper stalk, and I thought it may have been similar to my old 1987 Nova which had a separate switch on the dash. It has a fuse, but has now got me wandering whether something has been removed.  Cheers guys. Attachments:

Not a case of pushing the wiper stalk away from you (opposite to pulling for screenwash) is it?

On my Mk4, you push a button on the end of the stalk for screenwash on the front screen, push the stalk away for rear wipe only and pull towards for rear wash/wipe.

Not sure if there is a fault then, cos the stalk goes up in 2 stages for wipe and fast wipe (no internittent) and will not move elsewhere for the rear. May take back wiper off and cap it up if its going to be a pain in the butt.

Oh yeah, and a button on the end for the front screenwash. Nothing else to show rear wipe/wash.

Hang on, I got that wrong. Click towards you for rear wipe, then pull towards you for rear wash.
For the front, click down for intermittent (not adjustable), up for low speed, and again for high speed.

The stalk wont move in any other direction other than up twice. There seems to be no intermittant wipe, no single wipe and no rear wipe. All the wiring is there for it, so is the pipework for the rear screen wash, but nothing to operate it. The only thing i can think of is that the stalk has been changed at some stage. Surely a stalk could not seize up?
