I know its not old or retro but it is a good cheep daily!
I recently bought this car (2 weeks ago) for my girlfriend but it’s just to big for her (back to her polo)
I do 100 miles a day. As much as its good on fuel its no where near as good as my Passat TDI so here it is for sale.

Trophy Blue (The best colour)
Lowered on coilovers… Will go alot lower
17” ZS 180 alloys
New tyre (done 750 miles)
New front pads (done 300 miles)
New exhaust (done 300 miles)
New NGK platinum spark plugs (300 miles)
New Plug Leads (300 miles ago)
Recent head gasket (by previous owner, was told it was triple layer. No proof)
Later Black / Charcoal Half leather interior
I am getting 39 MPG out of it on my 100 mile a day commute (I could drive easier)
Faults.
Missing the front ash tray
Scuff on front bumper
Small crack at bottom of front bumper
Some small scratched over car
Small dent on front wing
Small dent on rear quarter panel
It has a small oil leak (if I get chance I will investigate)
The cam belt tensioner makes a horrid whining noise (however the garage has said that its perfectly fine. In my mind I would change the belt and tensioner just to be on the safe side)
A couple of small fag burns on the drivers seat
The board that goes under the carpet in the boot is missing.
I think it may need a Lambda sensor soon as very occasionally it stutters when cold. (again I will change this if I get chance)
Other than the cambelt and Lambda sensor all the rest is just small cosmetic problems… I just wanted to be honest. As you can see I have just spent a small fortune on it getting it ready for her but she just doesn’t get on with driving it!
Taxed until the end of the month
MOT until the end of the month… However I will get a new test put on it if I get the chance
I will put pics up when I get chance to clean it…
As for price? Well It owes me well over £1100 with all the new parts. I'm gunna make a massive loss I'm guessing but can’t afford to have a car lying around so £900. For that price I will sort the MOT and Lambda Sensor. As it is you can take it away for £750
