Hello everyone, about time i signed up to this site! Got a feeling I'm going to be a bit of youngun at the age of 20?? I suppose you all want to know what i drive!! Started off with this as my first car, cost me an arm and a leg at 17 to run and insure etc.. 1999 1.4cl  Did the odd thing with it but got bored with it, sold it and got this little beauty... 1971 1300     Went travelling around the world so i had to sell  Came back and bought a little gem of a 1991 mk2 1.3 polo classic for £250.. shall get pics up in the readers rides asap. Heres a pic of my dads mint merc just for good measure...  Any comments welcome, looks a proper bo forum ;D |

With that choice of rides I think you're going to fit in pretty well around here! I'm with Pog, those Bug stylee centrelines always look cool. Oh, and Pog, leave your yoof related mutterings to your elders here! ( I got described as being 18 live on BBC Radio Nottingham a couple of years ago ;D ) |

nice beetle too!
the good thing about having an expensive first car is you can get used to the high bills and then rather than think of a it as a bonus when it goes down, you can just get a faster car and continue paying the same rate of insurance etc! my logic is flawless!

Thanks for all the welcomes, just spent far too long in the readers rides section!! noticed a fair few polo saloon owners in here, loving that silver duo on 13's and 14's, inspiration!!

Just come from hertfordshire back to bournemouth this morning,
i do this trip every week to see the mrs and my little polo just keeps getting better and better!!
sits at 75 all day, 1.3 5 speed- am i correct in saying this is rare?
its a 240 mile round trip and manged it on 20 quid which equates to 50mpg!!! ;D
