	A friend has decided to re-commission his Manta A, but he can't find the keys! We've got into the car easily enough, (I think a alarm will be going on!) and while I can gorilla off the steering lock and get the car started, I think we might have a problem finding a lock set to replace the damaged locks. Wondering if Vauxhall locks of the same period might work, or any other car? We'll need steering and boot locks, because I think I can remove the door locks and get keys cut to suit. Any ideas? Can I send a small child (they have their uses!) into the boot from the cabin and open or remove the boot lock?

	If you've not tried it already, my first port of call would be the OMOC. www.mantaclub.org I bought replacement locks for my 400r and they were a very helpful bunch! HTH

	ignition lock no problem same as a b series. will look in unit later if that helps. do a search for mark kinnons web site he has numerous a series spares.
