ive seen a few lowriders and hot rods with chainlink license plate holders/surronds. ive seen a few available in the USA but they obviously don't fit the uk plates, so I want to make one. So how would i go about making one, it doesnt actually have to be functional its more for looks as my plate is screwed into my bumper. so should i just weld a length of chain to the desired length and and screw my plate over the top or will this utter wibblepoo?
