Locked Seatbelts

	basically I'm looking to refit the rear seatbelts back into my mk2 golf but they're locked up so to speak and wont unreal, i managed to get one to unreel somehow but it locked up again any ideas on how to fix this? cheers

	Hold them steady at about the same angle they're mounted in the car. They should unwind freely then.

	yup, most are designed to stay locked if the car is not level.
	Volvo back as my main squeeze, more boost and some interior goodies on the way.
