Alright lads,
I'm stripping a car, need it to roll so it can be pulled on a trailer, someone wants the springs off it, took the back ones off and wedged abit of metal `to keep it supported,
any ideas on what i can do for the front?
Could I use an electric hacksaw to cut through the strut, just underneath the collar so I can get that section out with the springs on and then use another piece of metal wood to wedge that bit so the wheels can roll? Or while I'm cutting it will it be like a flying missile at my head ;D ?
Sounds daft but I've never done it before, would take them all off but then I'd still need to get a spring compressor to seperate them.
Any ideas?
