For sale is my mk2a punto 1.2 16v sporting 2000 plate.
It has covered just under 100k miles. Very recently I have done the HeadGasket, oil, oil filter, spark plugs, HT leads, coilpack, radiator, coolant., thermostat, cambelt, and finally waterpump. All replaced by my hand in the last 1k miles. Car isn't needed as such and has only been in my possession for the last 4 months. It has 8months MOT left and the tax I think runs out the end of april.
I have also fitted a newer set of injectors and fuel rail which has gave the car a little extra bump.
The interior isn't the best, the drivers seat is worn and has a small rip on the support and on the back of the seat. I have possibly got a pair of seat leon seats to throw in with the sale though. Obviously price depending. The roof lining could ideally do with being either replaced or retrimmed as that has what looks like glue residue from what I can guess a previous retrim.
The front bumper has been smoothed out, and also the bonnet. The roof, and spoiler has black vinyl on. The bonnet has been resprayed in nissan GAD (black with red flake). Also has an abarth rear bumper and side skirts. The door handles and mirrors have also been color coded, and doors de-rub stripped.
The car has a full John Ashley stainless steel exhaust system inc a stainless 4-2-1 manifold.
Also the car has been lowered 50mm (on the car when I purchased it).
The car has excellent economy at 55MPH motorway, and 47MPG around town. One of the reasons I like this car to be honest.
Boring stuff, The car currently doesn't have a headunit, or even any speakers (all of which were removed by the previous owner. cheers....). The PAS light comes on now and again but doesn't effect the steering. The airbag light is on but never really investigated the cause of this thoroughly. I think the airbag has been removed at some point but again not sure.
I'm looking for offers around £1200. I'm located in nuneaton, please PM me for anymore details. I've tried to be as honest as possible.
