Up for sale after a relatively short period of ownership is my 4WS Motegi edition Honda Prelude fitted with the 2.2i VTEC (H22A) chain driven engine.
It has been meticulously cared for most of its life and has the following modifications:
Black Accord Type R Alloy Wheels with 225/50/17 Tyres
Tein Superstreet Progressive suspension springs all round
Drilled & Grooved Discs front & back
Ferodo DS2500 Brake Pads front & back
HKS Superdragger Cat Back Exhaust System (sounds beautiful)
Cold Air Induction System
4300k HID Headlamp conversion
Sony Xplod amps to run front & rear speakers
Vibe 10" sub in the boot
I also have my Bluetooth USB Sony MP3 head unit in there but it'd have to be a pretty good deal to leave that in there!
It is a UK car so no insurance issues and comes with the following toys:
Electric front windows
Remote central locking & immobiliser
Electric Sunroof
Cruise Control
Lockable remote boot release from inside the cabin
4 wheel steering
I tend to average about 30mpg with mixed driving and had 36mpg out of it on the return drive from buying it (from essex!).
Bad Bits:
There are a few very minor dings on the bodywork including one corner of the rear bumper which has a slightly interesting colour match. It's a sort of perlescent silver / very light purple in some lights so I would imagine matching it would have been tricky. It has never been written off or stolen though and is HPI clear.
The cruise control doesn't seem to work. The light comes on but nobody appears to be home.
That's it!
I've put a price up based on what it owes me because I have to but I don't really know how to value it to be honest because the Motegi edition is so rare.
With this in mind, I am open to offers / Swaps / P/X's.
I am only selling the car because whilst it does everything well and looks achingly pretty, I've just not really bonded with it for whatever reason. Any real petrol head will understand what I mean ;-)
Any questions, please ask.
