hi, i've got clearence issues on my beam axle fitted to my hillman, fitted 15" minx steels and they hit the trackrod ends, even with longer studs and spacers. i'm guessing austin 10's were fitted with 16 or 17's anyone got any ideas how to remedy this? cheers chris.

spacers are fitted with longer studs. don't want to go crazy on big spacers as its on front.

have you got it set up tie rod in front or behind the axle? looking at where they sit, it was rod-infront originally for the ackermann to be right, with here it sits in relation to the drum. id swap it to rod behind (swap the spindles side to side) then bend the steering arms in. youll need oxy gear, and to know what youre doing to bend them without them failing, but it can be done.
