	Hi everyone. Ive just finished putting the 4age from a '86 MR2 into my volvo 340 and its not running very happily. It idles badly ( but this is because oif the knackered dizzy cap) and it wont rev past 2K. When you open the throttle it jumps between 1 and 2K and wont go any higher! The ignition is set properly, its getting fuel ( although it is running abit rich) ive tested the TPS and thats fine, water temp sensors should be fine but I don't have any spares to try and I'm going to put a new dizzy cap and rotor arm in on saturday. 	may sound a silly question but have you got the fuel feed and return round the right way?? in most cases it wouldnt start but anythings possible , also if dizzy caps buggered get that change to rule it out, is it running on all 4? , all earths for ecu/loom sorted?,.

	Just got home from the pub but, the feed and return for the fuel are the correct way around. The body/metal case of the ecu isnt grounded so ill try that tomorrow along with the spare ecu. Thanks, James

	it does sound like a fuel issue , what pump setup are you using?,.

	I have a Sytec inline pump with the filter just before it. The flow and return lines are 8mm Internal Diameter and the pump is mounted level with the base of the fuel tank with about 1m of fuel hose leading up to it. The pumps brand new and so its the filter/lines. I have a diferent igneter coming as that might be half the problem. Went over my wiring for a 3rd time today aswell and its all ok! Thanks, James

	Got it sorted now Turned out to be a knackered ignitor module! I put a new one on and it runs like a dream now Thanks for the help, James
