what layout are the brake pipes in? front-rear or diagonally split?
does it have a brake compensator anywhere?
a typical HH braking circuit goes -
M-C - Bias valve - HH - tee piece - rear wheel cylinders/calipers
and the front brakes feed off another port on the M-C to a tee piece, or if a 3 port MC just feed both front brakes from the same opposing pair, not the diagonal pair.

dude the pipe going to the rear brake plumb into that job done and when bleeding like normal but crack nipple press foot brake then pull hand brake then close bleed nipple repeat till done
i would also put a tee piece into the rear axle so it doesnt go throu the o/s first and just put a bleed nipple in that side like the other
