I have a confession, I'm confused. To start with, whats known.
What i have is a 1987 305ci carb motor, with the CCC(computer controlled carb) with EGR, AIR recirculation etc.
What i want to do, throw all the EGR, smog etc curse word away.
What do i need? Well it seems i need and inlet a carb and suitable dizzy, so i can just junk the computer controlled bits.
There are SO many combinations available for these engines i don't know where to start, can anyone reccomend a decent daily drive set up in laymans terms and maybe advise of a supplier they have had some good results with?
I cant get the standard one to run right without flooding and being MEGA rich, which is not helpful on the wallet
