Truthfully, I'd probably leave it as is and sell it on...but if I had to keep it... I'd buy this: cgi.ebay.co.uk/BMW-750_W0QQitemZ270027141187...and transfer as much drivetrain as I could (that's a V12!) and every gadget possible that could be fitted without detrimentally effecting the character. Then to finish off a silver paint job with a black roof, a set of angel-eye headlights and mirror-polished 18" BBS split rims.

I thought yuck to the descriptions - what a way to ruin a wonderfull classic
I was wrong and the green one changed to orange would do it for me - esp on those rims in graphite rather than chrome - awesome!!!

<excuse the lack of potatochopping - wagoneer, if you fancy it....> Theme is '60's organised crime' with a twist: - Body: Dark grey
- Roof: Black
- Wheels: 2 inch wider light grey outer/ Body colour inner steels with shiny chrome hubcaps, whitewalls to suit, with plenty of profile
- thinner bumper sections - ala 60's vw T3, lose the overriders
- High torque diseasle for cruising, running on chip fat
Also, anyone suggesting arch fender things should be shot. Alternatively, 15x15 black steels (chrome studs) with wide-body arches in dazzle camo strip and caged interior + suitable BMW engine FTOldtimerW

Having read the rest of the thread, did I over-do the body mods?

yeuch! do not like!
so... if it had to be modded... it would get a front end transplant from say an e28, lights and grille mainly, and then chocolate brown over very chromey wheels, prolly 5 spokes as chopped above (green one) cream leather interior, done.

But the front end is lovely, especially bumperless?

Filmidget - that is soooo super-subtle! Love it. I'd keep the bumpers though Straight six FTW. I reckon a very mild roof chop (max 2") would help the car a lot as the glasshouse does look pretty tall once the car is dropped so low. Just found this image on flickr (not mine) of the Pagan Princess. Pagan Princess

I'd keep the body and interior stock (same colour too)
Slam it and add a set of 16X7 polished 5 spoke Fuch's.
And transplant the engine with a V12 from an 850
Job done!
