	Hi just looked at a huge unit in castleford its 2950 square feet would fit plenty of cars,just wondered if it was close enough for a few of us to share,free business rates at the mo and water and buildings insurance is included in the rent.just looking for some interest before signing me life away lol. looking at £60 per car per month for dry secure storage

	I think free business rates are only up to around 1500sq/ft Then from there to 3000sq/ft there is a discount on a sliding scale from 100% at 1500sq/ft to 0% at 3000sq/ft

	hi yes had a look at that but its £500,000 bit out of my price lol,just looking for somewhere to tinker really,the other unit is about 1/2 a mile from that one,i'm a chef by trade with a love classic car stuff,so a proper working garage really would'nt work.just need a unit to play with them
