Hello folks, my wife's car came with mcgard lockers on it. They have a patterned head and a spinning collar.
It didn't come with a key or a code though. BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, my thoughts are: Mig on a nut. Mig the collar to the bolt and whack a socket over. Split the collar and whack on a socket.
Any other ideas?
PMs most welcome!
Thanks in advance.

Any of those pretty much. I'd probably try and split the collar off then it'd be a doddle.

These are easy enough. I have done a few by splitting off the collar with a wee chisel, then hammering an impact socket onto the nut.

When I lost my set, I went to the Ford Stealer and had them removed with a master key set. Fortunately I did find the key again, but not until years later!

I've another plan, but don't wish to share it just yet! Will post the outcome though.

Remember to tighten the other bolts up as much as poss, might lessen the force on the locker abit to make it easier to unwind.

Righto, my stupid idea was to use a 'gator grip' socket I was once given by a relative for Christmas. It didn't work.
I also used a centre punch to stop the collar spinning. I banged on a 24mm socket, which split and turned.
I also damaged two chisels on the bloody thing.
I went to my local part worn tyre company and they had some old locker keys. They had a similar McGard key. Not a perfect fit, but close. Some judicious belting and turning saw all four lockers removed.
Thanks to all for their advice.
