Little idea popped into my head the other day to maybe turn my car into a van and I wondered what sort of issues there would be.
They did do a Breadvan Van, so it would be easy enough to take all the interior bits out and swap them in (its just finding the bits),however the "van panel" is welded in to the rear window hole, and i want to keep all mods easily reversible. Can you just paint over the exisiting glass? and will it colour match?
Also, does anyone know of any of the legalities involved with insurance and registration? Could I just tell my insurer its only got 2 seats and blanked rear windows, but I don't use it as a van?
