Sorry, this has probably been asked a million times, but who was the chap on here who banded wheels? I can't find the thread!
Also, what's the 'safest' maximum on rear wheels working on a standard 6" or 7" width size? I really want 9" or 10". Thanks!

There's a few on here that do it. JamesP has a good rep, as does Dez. I've been known to do a few but don't make a habit of it as I don't want to tread on anyones toes I'm currently running 8" on the rear of my Vitesse with 7's up front, but there are plans for 10" but I'm not 100% on that yet without upgrading my hubs/studs

IIRC, JamesP made a set of 14" (diameter) x 12" (wide) bandeds for KevFromWales, so I'd imagine you'll be fine at 9 or 10" wide.

JamesP did mine - 6.5J to 9J and 9.5J. The quality of the welding is superb.
