Major work involved with those dents as the meatl will have been stretched,it is possible to do BUT if you can source s/h wing and door then believe you me it would be far less work to change them than panel beat those dent out.Sorry to put a damper on things

That ain't no Bedford....
Anyway.
Most of that will push out if you can get a hand to the back of it. Otherwise do ebay for some cheap dent puller suckers.
Then, when you've got it down to the last bits of creases talk to a local independant paintless dent removal guy/girl and see what they can do.

From what I've seen most painless dent-removal places would rather the dents aren't pushed back out before they work on it. I made that mistake with a door on my Scirocco. Some of the shrinking of the creases is best done before popping the dent back out as far as I can tell. It seems like in some situations they like to get the panel free from stretching before popping the dent out. I'm not sure of the exact reasons for them doing things in that order, as I'm not a panel beater, but it would probably be worth phoning whoever you plan to use and checking before going ahead and touching it just in case.

i removed the door card this evening and had a we look so see if it can be reached to be pushed out. it can so i think il contact a dent fixer for them to have a look at it, the wing is brave and bad and beyond my knowledge so il just leave it up to them
