Never used delrin rod before, so not sure how hard it is. I have some nylon 66 that I might have in a similar diameter.

Thats a coincidance, ive been making myself an arch roller at work this week!
I assume you are using the delrin for the roller? sounds huge, mines only 50x50mm and i made it from ally.
Ebay is the place to fond stuff like that tho.

If so how much would you want for it? I`m after that diameter so i can run roller bearings in it Cheers Adrian P.s Any piccies of the one you made?

No pics yet I'm afrade but it looks pretty much the same as this one from frost www.frost.co.uk/item_Detail.asp?productID=9108&frostProductName=Wheel%20Arch%20RollerMy version is scaled down slightly to do the arches on my small cars as the frost one only goes down to a 14" radius and I'm running 12" wheels! (god knows what cars have 28" rims?? i guess your supposed to use it with the suspension un-compressed but thats far from ideal imo) I'm running 37x12x12 bearings in my roller Will get some pics when its done
