I presently rent a large shed on a farm near Chertsey, Surrey I've just moved to Somerset and a new business and soon-to-be new baby means I seriously need to pare down my car and tat collection. I'm planning on taking one or two of my cars down to the west country, keep one in the current shed and sell the others.
The shed is quite large, approxmately 16" by 30" I would say. I've had five cars stored in there before though there wasn't much room to move about. I'm intending to keep one of my cars in there and rent out the rest. The shed will comfortably hold three cars (four small ones) with a good bit of space left over for tat storage/ working.
The Good
There's a small workbench and two large shelving units for storage.
There's electricity and lighting of sorts.
It would be an easy afternoons work to install a loft/mezzanine in it for additional storage.
Concrete floor
The Bad
The roof has a few holes in it and lets in a bit of weather.
The latch has come away from the doors so it's not lockable at the moment.
While it has lighting and electrics, they're "primitive" to say the least.
I'm looking for one or more people who would like to rent the majority of the shed (basically I'll just continue to store one car there). I'm asking between £50 and £125/month depending on how much space you need.
