Morning/Afternoon/Evening all, I've tried a quick search on here without much luck, so hopefully one of you guys can point me in the right direction. I'm looking to get my Weber carb serviced and setup properly on my Mk2 Jetta. I'm based in and around York, but I'm in Newcastle a lot too. Could anyone please recommend me a garage that you trust? Thanks in advance  |

bogg bros near malton www.boggbros.co.uk/ and there is a place in harrogate that has a rolling road but I'm not sure of the name? colin hick motors (behind the sainos on bootham) told me about them. |

do Bogg Bros off a service just to see how much power your car has got?, would be interested to see how many of my horses have escaped from the 34 it had to begin with. Not bothered about the tuning service, just want to see how much power I have got when I begin so I can see how much progress I make.
If they do offer this service or they don't but others will, how much should I expect to pay for this?

You could try www.motoscope.co.uk/ who are in Northallerton, they do a lot of work with rally cars and therefore carbs, i've used their rolling road many times over the years. Bogg brothers is also very good but owing to the publicity from every magazine article about fitting bike carbs they are very busy nowadays. |
