Go on then, offend me with your valuations! I'm mainly curious of course. I never change my car on a whim and tend to keep the same car for years and years! 1994 Mercedes E220 (Not to be confused with the slightly earlier 200E) Has the 16v 150bhp engine and auto box. MOT'd and Tax'd 134000 miles Has one rusty wing and a scratched / peeling boot. What do you reckon I could get for it? I have had two genuine cash offers around the £500 mark from Nigerian exporters, but could I get more?

yes but not a lot more, dependent on length of T&T i'd say a ceiling price of £750 would be fair though real world you may struggle to get £750, maybe £7-650 ish, slightly older non glamorous saloons with petrol engines arent big sellers when they get old, no idea about in the metal but it looks very smart in the photos...

£650 would be about the limit I reckon. Obviously up to you, and a few extra quid in your pocket is best plan, but if you could squeeze nearer £575-ish out of the export crew then it'd possibly be worth it to save having to deal with timewasters etc.

Some good replies, thanks. To be honest, if I were to sell, I'd be happy with the £500 - but it is good to know with a little effort I could get more.
